Fun on 42nd Street has everything you could ask for in a musical comedy. Set during the Depression, this spunky spoof of a backstage musical features a down-on-his-luck director, a temperamental star, some dimwitted gangsters, a throng of high-kicking chorus girls, several overworked seamstresses, and even a couple of clowns. When you add up all the dancing feet, the wonderful songs, and the delightful dialogue, well…it just doesn’t get any better than this!
